Human at Work Snapshot Survey
Human at Work is a human-oriented staff development approach that emphasizes the essential skills and knowledge managers need to bring out the best in each team member. Research and experience tell us that an organization’s ability to create a desirable culture and live up to an ideal standard is often the difference that makes or breaks retention rates in an organization.
