The City is making changes to improve the parking experience in downtown Evanston and surrounding business districts in response to input from residents and business owners. Pay-by-license-plate pay stations and the Park Evanston mobile app have been adjusted to provide users with increased flexibility to pay for multiple parking sessions per day in the same parking zone.
