TOMORROW! Tuesday, June 11th at 5pm,  MOVA will be hosting the US Small Business Administration (SBA) for a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats (SWOT)  Analysis Workshop. In this live workshop, a representative from the SBA will show participants how to correctly complete a SWOT Analysis and why its important for future business plans and growth.

The Mayor's Office of Veterans Affairs (MOVA) in collaboration with National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) presents the 2019 Advanced Business Financial Workshop Series. All are welcome to attend this multi-session workshop series that is sure to help you take your business and personal finances to the next level!

SESSION 2 • June 20th • 4:00PM-6:00 PM
Cash Flow Management & Impact on Operations
This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of industry best practices to accelerate the collection of revenue and maximize cash assets to make vendors payments and fund payroll. It will also offer suggestions to protect business accounts from fraud attacks, as well as, how to stay abreast of useful advances in cash management technology.
