CSMS #39100782 - Announcement: Upcoming CBP and FDA Server Maintenance

CBP and FDA will be performing maintenance on their servers from 9:00pm ET on Thursday, August 1, 2019 until around 2:00am ET on Friday, August 2, 2019. Trade users may experience intermittent filing delays during that period.

If support is needed, FDA’s ACE Support team can be contacted from 6:00 AM -10:00 PM ET, seven days a week, at 877-345-1101 or ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov.
