ACT

Test Dates: The ACT on Paper

  • Test Window 1: March 28, 2023.
    • Test Accommodations Window 1: March 28-31 and April 3-7, 2023.
  • Test Window 2: April 11, 2023.
    • Test Accommodations Window 2: April 11-14, 17-21, 2023.
  • Test Window 3: April 25, 2023.
    • Test Accommodations Window 3: April 25-27 and May 2-5, 2023.

Test Dates: The ACT Online

  • Test Window 1: March 28-30 and April 4-6, 2023.

  • Test Window 2: April 11-13 and 18-20, 2023.
  • Test Window 3: April 25-27 and May 2-4, 2023.

Test Administration Webinar

  • ACT is providing a test administration webinar. Topics will include standard testing, accommodated testing, and non-college reportable scores.
  • There will be a Q&A session following the presentation.
  • The webinar is scheduled for 3 p.m. on March 16, 2023. 
  • Register here.

Additional Materials Order Window Open

  • Test Coordinators may order additional standard time materials until March 17, 2023.
  • Test Coordinators may also order additional non-college reportable materials.
  • Orders may be submitted through PANext.

ACCESS/ALT-ACCESS

Data Validation 

  • The Post Testing Data Validation Webinar begins at noon on March 7, 2023.
    • Data validation is an opportunity to identify errors in student demographic information, accommodations, and test results in AMS.
  • Reference the WIDA AMS User Guide Supplement for Data Validation for more information on the ACCESS Pre-Reporting Data Validation process.
    • The pre-reporting data validation window is Friday, March 17-Thursday, March 30, 2023.

Student Not Tested Form

  • In the event a student does not complete all, or any domain of the ACCESS or Alternate ACCESS domain tests, the DTC must complete and submit a SNTF to the WDE as soon as possible.

Alternate ACCESS Field Test

  • The field test window is open: Tuesday, February 14-Monday, April 17, 2023.

  • Contact WIDA Client Services Center (CSC) at 1-866-276-7735 or DRC Customer Support at 1-855-787-9615 (TTY: 1-763-268-2889) for any questions regarding the Alternate ACCESS Field Test.

WY-ALT

Testing Window Open

  • The testing window is open: Tuesday, February 28-Friday, April 7, 2023.

Additional Materials Order Window

  • Friday, March 31, 2023 is the deadline to order paper materials for WY-ALT administration.
  • For more information, contact the Wyoming Help Desk at 888-897-8024 or wyohelpdesk@cambiumassessment.com.

Exemption Requests

  • The WY-ALT Exemption Request deadline is Tuesday, March 14, 2023. 
  • Review the Exemption Request Guidance document for more information.
  • Click here to access the SAER system to submit an exemption request.

WY-TOPP

Quality Assurance and Test Security Monitoring

  • The WDE’s Monitoring Consultants have notified all districts and schools that will be monitored during the 2022-23 WY-TOPP administration.
  • Test schedules for monitored schools are due to the WDE by Monday, March 20, 2023.
  • For each school that is being monitored, the Test Security and Statewide Assessment Administration Procedures Manual will be due to the WDE by Monday, April 3, 2023.
