FDA is currently experiencing delays due to an unusually high volume of entries sent to FDA in a short amount of time. The backlog is subsequently causing delays in processing prior notices/entries along with issuing admissibility decisions. Resolution to the problem is actively being worked on and trade will be notified when this occurs. Please do not attempt to resubmit entries through ABI/ACE/ACS as this will cause further delays.
FDA continues to investigate the cause. A follow up message will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
