SUBJ: RESERVE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT ROADSHOW ASSIGNMENT
YEAR 2024 (AY24) SOLICITATION
1. The Reserve Personnel Management (RPM) Division is soliciting
units interested in receiving RPM's Assignments and Career
Development Presentation for Assignment Year 2024.
2. RPM-2 Assignment Officers are available to deliver presentations
between 01 October 2023 through 30 August 2024.
3. When travel is authorized, RPM-2 assignment officers will be
available for onsite presentations. Onsite presentations may
incorporate Mock Boards if requested. Mock Boards simulate a board
or panel to help familiarize members with these processes. Commands
desiring an RPM presentation must submit an email request with the
subject line "AY24 Roadshow” to Marvi.M.Rivera@uscg.mil no later
than 01FEB2024. Requests should include the following information:
   a. Command point of contact (POC).
   b. Names of units expected to attend (if submitting a
      consolidated request).
   c. Estimated number of participants.
   d. Preferred and alternate dates for presentation.
4. Presentations will cover a vast array of topics: officer
and enlisted assignments, iPerms record maintenance, transfer
requests, career progression, FLEXPAL update, Reasonable Commuting
Distance, and Senior Enlisted Reserve Advisor requirements.
For units unable to receive an onsite Roadshow presentation, and
have the capability, RPM-2 can coordinate unit-wide webinars.
Unit POCs and LCDR Rivera will determine which communications
medium is most appropriate.
