Procurement Reform update

Are you ready for the evolving procurement landscape? We are working closely with the UK Government to ensure stakeholders have the resources available to them to prepare for the key legislative changes. Read on for more information.

Welsh Government Modern Slavery Statement

On 10 August, the Welsh Government published its Modern Slavery Statement.

The Statement sets out how we will work to reduce the risks of modern slavery in our organisation and in our commercial supply chains. It also includes information about our wider work with the Welsh public sector and its suppliers.

We also encourage all organisations in Wales to sign up to our Code of Practice on Ethical Employment in Supply Chains. This includes a commitment to publish a modern slavery statement each year, and many have been published as a result.

Modern slavery involves the exploitation of both children and adults, including through labour exploitation, criminal exploitation, sexual exploitation and domestic servitude. For more information about how to spot the signs and report concerns, please see our Live Fear Free webpage.
