CBP is aware of connectivity issues between CBP and FDA that are impacting the ACE Cargo Release process.
The issue is preventing transmissions of prior notice data and results as well as FDA review data from being transmitted between ACE and the FDA systems.
The technical teams are investigating and working to resolve the issue.
