(FRANKFORT, KY) – The Kentucky Board of Education (KBE) Request for Proposal (RFP) Evaluation Committee will meet via video teleconference on Nov. 27 at 8 a.m. ET.
KBE has statutory authority to manage all common or public schools in the Commonwealth and all programs operated in such schools. The RFP Evaluation Committee is a special committee formed by the Kentucky Board of Education (KBE) on Aug. 21, 2023, for the purpose of reviewing and evaluating proposals pursuant to KRS Chapter 45A in response to the RFP for a search firm to assist with the selection of the next commissioner of education. Following review and evaluation of proposals pursuant to KRS Chapter 45A, the committee wiill recommend to the KBE a vendor found to be most responsive to the RFP for approval of the full board.
