Requires general partnerships, limited partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies to file a Corporate Ownership Statement if a party to an adversary proceeding. (Non-government corporations already required to file such statements.)
Amended LR 9014(c)(2)

Requires non-government corporations, general partnerships, limited partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies to file a Corporate Ownership Statement if a party to a contested matter in a bankruptcy case.

The party must file the statement with its first appearance in the bankruptcy case using the docket event: [Bankruptcy > Other > Statement of Corporate Ownership].
