CSMS# 16-001000 - Reminder: FDA ITACS Not Receiving All Arrival Information

FDA is not receiving all arrival information for ACE entries with FDA data. Without receipt of that notification, the Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System (ITACS) will display the message "FDA entry status information is not available pending receipt of Conveyance Arrival Notification" for all truck and air shipments. As a result, this message is currently being displayed in ITACS for all truck and air shipments filed in ACE. Receipt of this message does not affect the user’s ability to upload documents or to submit line availability information via ITACS; nor does it affect FDA’s ability to review the entry.
The CBP and FDA technical teams are working to identify and resolve the issue.
