CSMS# 16-001003 - Reminder/Correction: FDA ITACS Not Receiving All Arrival Information

Please note two corrections below to CSMS 16-001000 that was issued yesterday.
1. The issue occurs to SOME, rather than all, truck and air shipments when the arrival information is not available.
2. The ITACS email address has been corrected.
FDA is not receiving all arrival information for ACE entries with FDA data. Without receipt of that notification, the Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System (ITACS) will display the message "FDA entry status information is not available pending receipt of Conveyance Arrival Notification" for truck and air shipments without arrival information. As a result, this message is currently being displayed in ITACS for some truck and air shipments filed in ACE. Receipt of this message does not affect the user’s ability to upload documents or to submit line availability information via ITACS; nor does it affect FDA’s ability to review the entry.
The CBP and FDA technical teams are working to identify and resolve the issue.
