I believe that a good job is the cornerstone of social stability and individual empowerment. Employment provides not only financial independence but also a sense of purpose and belonging. Alongside job creation, investing in training and encouraging entrepreneurship are crucial for sustainable social progress. These elements together can uplift families and communities, reducing the need for extensive social programs. I agree with my colleague, Louis King.

~Rena Moran

“The best social service in the world is a job,” added Louis King. “And the more people we can get working, the more we can shift the poverty line in our country and end the sense of social and economic isolation that divides us.”

~Louis King, Summit Academy OIC
