CBP and FDA are working to implement changes related to FDA’s Final Rule on Submission of Food and Drug Administration Import Data in the Automated Commercial Environment and corresponding Supplemental Guide.
Deployments will take place on January 5, 2017, and February 9, 2017. Refer to the attachment for the deployment schedule and details.
