(FRANKFORT, KY) – The Kentucky Department of Education's Commissioner's Student Advisory Council will hold a virtual meeting at 9 a.m. ET on Dec. 10.
The purpose of this group is to advise Kentucky's commissioner of education and the Kentucky Department of Education's (KDE) leadership team on issues relevant to high school students.
The group meets both in person and virtually throughout the year to discuss how decisions made at the state level are affecting students throughout Kentucky. Council members provide feedback on critical issues impacting students and schools and work with KDE staff to develop ideas to improve and transform education.
While this meeting will be held via video teleconference, members of the public may watch the meeting on the KDE Media Portal.
