ACE is the official system of record for submitting electronic data to the Food and Drug Administration. Beginning February 23, 2017 those inbound and outbound FDA ACS transactions listed in the attachment will be turned off. Be advised, this only applies to the FDA portion of these transactions.

Filers are encouraged to work with their software vendors if they are unsure if they have been filing standalone Prior Notice in ACE or ACS.

All remaining FDA ACS outbound messaging is expected to be turned off April, 2017.

For questions, including the equivalent ACE transactions, please send your inquiry to ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov.
