The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has posted an updated PGA Message Set document and associated sample tables to cbp.gov at the below links:

Summary of Changes:
A Change Table is included in the document
The changes outlined in the FDA Supplemental Guide Version 2.5 are broken out into two deployments. The first deployment was completed in PROD on January 5, 2017 and the next scheduled PROD deployment for the remainder of the changes will be on February 9, 2017. The changes being deployed into PROD on February 9, 2017 will be available in CERT no later than January 19, 2017. If the changes are made available in CERT sooner than January 19, 2017 a follow up CSMS message will be sent out.
Please direct any technical questions, including requesting the updated version of the Supplemental Guide, to ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov.
