Seven New Bikeshare Stations Installed in Takoma Park and Wheaton, Bringing Total in Montgomery County to 66

On February 15, MCDOT installed two new Bikeshare stations in the City of Takoma Park that extend the Bikeshare network east towards the Takoma/Langley Transit Center. Read more.

Elmhirst Parkway Bridge Completed

MCDOT recently completed a project to replace the Elmhirst Parkway Bridge ahead of schedule. Built in 1940, the bridge is located north of Cedar Lane, just south of its intersection with Elmhirst Drive within Rock Creek Park. See the project’s progress on Twitter
