Please be advised, beginning Saturday, March 25, 2017, the FDA ACE Support Center will no longer be operating 24/7. The ACE Support Center will operate from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST, seven days per week. This transition is reflective of current usage patterns by trade. The support center can be reached at ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov, or 877-345-1101 (domestic toll-free) or 571-620-7320 (local or international).
The FDA ACE Support Center will continue to provide assistance with the following:
„« FDA ACE data requirements by commodity
„« FDA Supplemental Guide questions
„« FDA rejects
„« Suspected FDA system outage
Persons contacting FDA ACE Support should also include their assigned CBP Client Representative for questions on system processing issues or difficulty in receiving and/or understanding cargo release status and error messages.
