Importers of preserved oysters for use in “pearl parties” must have a valid FWS Import/Export license upon entry to meet FWS regulations. A minimum user fee of $93.00 will be assessed for each “pearl party” declaration. FWS regulated commodities must enter through a FWS designated port of entry or prior authorization at a non-designated CBP port of entry.
