The issue with ACE Cargo Release (SE) transactions failing incorrectly when required EPA Vehicle and Engines data or disclaims were sent has been resolved. This was reported on CSMS 17-000282.
Any ACE Cargo Release SE transactions that included EPA Vehicle and Engine data that were incorrectly rejected and weren't resubmitted using the Entry Summary with ACE Cargo Release can be re-submitted at this time.
