This notice is to inform the trade community that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is extending the waiver of the requirement for customs brokers and self-filers to file data associated with FCC Form 740 and the importation of Radio Frequency (RF) devices in ACE until September 30, 2017, pending the Commission’s completion of its rulemaking on this issue.
