John Muir Awards

Inspired by the 19th century explorer and conservationist, the John Muir Awards are a way of getting people to find out more about the wild spaces around them.  The award encourages people from all backgrounds to discover, explore, conserve and share wild places in a series of challenges that are tailored to the people taking part and the places that they are visiting.  Find out more about how we have been delivering the John Muir Award by visiting our website.

What next?

Up on t' Downs

As many of you may already know, Up on the Downs only has a few months left to run in its current phase.  We are now looking at a number of different options with our partners to develop new projects to continue the good work. Stay subscribed to the Up on the Downs newsletter for updates on our progress and more information.

In the meantime, we will leave you with one of the highlights of the scheme: the Samphire Hoe team with 'Rap it Up on the Downs'.
