Reminder:
We will begin receiving general reservation requests for use of indoor public school
facilities during the 2017-2018 school year Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at 8:30
a.m. This includes before and after-school enrichment programs, evening use,
weekend use, etc., regardless of room type. For more information, visit: www.MontgomeryCountyMD.gov/CUPF. To submit a request,
user group representatives must use the customer e-portal at: www.ActiveMONTGOMERY.org.
Reminder: PTA/ PTSA use of school facilities receives high priority if requests
for the entire school year are submitted by the long-established deadline of August
15 each year. The annual PTA/ PTSA information packet was distributed on
June 30, and is available on our web site. The packet includes critical information
regarding PTA/ PTSA reservation requests so that you may receive priority
placement. For
