Fostering Fees And Allowances - Consultation starts TODAY

The Consultation about the proposed changes to the foster carers fees and allowances starts today and continues until mid-September. The events are ‘drop in’ and will give you an opportunity to consider the proposal and understand how the proposal has been developed in partnership with carers. Attached are copies of written information that will support your visit to an event or give you an understanding of the proposal if you are unable to attend.

New Consultation Dates

To ensure all carers can attend a consultation event, we have arranged two further sessions following the end of the summer holiday. The first will take place at the Isca Centre (Summer Lane, Exeter EX4 8NT) on 11th September 11am – 3pm and the second will take place at The Plough Arts Centre (Fore Street, Torrington EX38 8HQ) on 12th September 11am – 3pm. Both sessions will be open days to allow Carers as much flexibility as possible. There will be refreshments and children are welcome to attend.
