awards are for young people in
care and care leavers. They are nominated by professionals (you!) and carers. SCORES ON THE DOORS: 151

Thank

know. We already have a few celebrity videos planned but shh... this is our

Family Assist for
West Sussex parents wins national award
An
online resource helping thousands of expectant and new parents has ended a
successful first year by winning a national award. Family Assist is the UK’s
only one-stop-shop of information for growing families, providing advice on a
healthy pregnancy through to birth and beyond.
Women
can sign up when they become pregnant and already more than 3,500 people are

Adur
& Worthing Careers Fair – 27 September 2018
Preparations
are under way for the forthcoming Adur & Worthing Careers Fair, an exciting
collaboration between business, local authority and education establishments
across the area, inspiring people of all ages on their career journey.
This
event will take place at the Assembly Hall, and will be open exclusively to
secondary schools between 10am-2:30pm. From 3pm-6pm it will be open to parents,
college students and the general public either looking for work or for a career
change. Advice and support will be
available to everyone during this time, including help with CV writing and
finding a job as well as guidance for those looking to change career.

NHS
70th Celebration Event and Annual Members' Meeting
On Monday 17 September from 12pm,
there will be afternoon where over 70 stands from the NHS community teams and
partners will showcase their fantastic work to you.
This
celebration event is open to everyone (colleagues and the public), so please
pop along, have a free slice of cake and network with colleagues.
