Foster Carers Fees And Allowances Update - 10/09/18

As you may be aware Scrutiny papers on the proposed Foster Carers Fee Restructure were published on Friday 7th September 2018.

There have been some carers who were unable to attend the August events and therefore are concerned that their voice will not be heard if they attend the dates scheduled for this week - 11th September at the ISCA Centre, Exeter, or the 12th September at the Plough Arts Centre in Torrington.

Please be assured this is not the case. The publication deadline for scrutiny papers was in advance of the closure of the consultation and as stated in the newsletter on Friday the consultation remains open until the 13th of September. We will prepare an addendum report on the final two consultation events that will be a late circulation.
