Notification of Planned System Maintenance: January 11th

On Friday, January 11th Granicus technical teams will be performing maintenance in our stage environment in order to apply important security updates.  During the maintenance period, the stage environment for the services listed below will be unavailable. This maintenance will not impact our production environments. Please note, we will also be conducting maintenance in our production environment on January 26th; more information regarding that maintenance to follow early next week. 

Planned System Maintenance Date/Times:

  • Friday, January 11th from 11:00 AM– 3:00 PM ET (5:00 PM– 9:00 PM in the UK)

Impacted Applications and Services:

Granicus Customer Support will provide real-time updates during the maintenance period via our System Status webpage (which you can also subscribe to in order to receive emails automatically when updated).
