Notification of Planned System Maintenance: January 24th

On Thursday, January 24th Granicus technical teams will be performing additional maintenance in our stage environment in order to apply important security updates.  During the maintenance period, the stage environment for the services listed below will be unavailable. This maintenance will not impact our production environments. Please note however that we will also be conducting maintenance in our production environment on January 27th. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the additional maintenance period and thank you for your patience as we work to further upgrade and improve our services.

Planned System Maintenance Date/Times:

  • Thursday, January 24th from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM ET (6:00 PM– 10:00 PM in the UK)

Impacted Applications and Services:

Granicus Customer Support will provide real-time updates during the maintenance period via our System Status webpage (which you can also subscribe to in order to receive emails automatically when updated).
