FDA maintenance planned for Thursday, January 31, 2019 has been postponed to Thursday, February 7, 2019, 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET. During that time FDA ITACS (Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System) Document Upload functionality will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes between 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET. For those with ITACS account access, you will not be able to download Notices of FDA Action pdf documents during that time as well. All other ITACS functionalities, including submission of availability information, should be functioning normally.
If documents must be submitted during that time, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office’s preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA’s Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: https://www.fda.gov/ForIndustry/ImportProgram/ucm319216.htm .
