Issue: Procedural Change regarding Relinquishment Form

Beginning immediately parties should discontinue using the Agreed Relinquishment of Security and Right to Redeem, Motion to Lift Automatic Stay, and Application for Abandonment and Order Lifting Automatic Stay and Approving Abandonment (“Relinquishment Form”). Instead, the movant should file a formal motion and proposed order.

The Motion should include, as an attachment, a proposed Agreed Order with all signatures of involved parties. The Clerk is required to collect a filing fee if the movant fails to attach a proposed Agreed Order or if the proposed Agreed Order does not contain the required signatures.
