Dear UPCS-V Participant,

We are excited to announce that the Exam4Inspections v2.5.5 update is available for download! Visit the app store for Apple devices, or Google Play for Android devices today to update your ExAM4Inspections software prior to your next inspection.

What's new:

1. UPCS-V inspectors will now have the ability to quickly reschedule submitted inspections on the mobile app. Simply click the Reschedule Inspection button on your My Inspections List to get started!

2. Inspectors can now find their defect photos and all uploaded attachments of an inspection in the Notes & Attachment section in Salesforce

Note: You will need to delete and reinstall the Exam4Inspections app in order for v2.5.5 features to work. Also, please make sure your iPad's operating system is version 12.0.1 or later.

For your convenience, below are instructions on reinstalling Exam4Inspections to your device:

1. Delete the inspection software app.
   1. For apple devices, to delete the app, tap and hold the app icon until it starts to wiggle.
   2. When the app begins to wiggle, tap the X in the upper left corner of the app icon to delete it.
2. Search and re-install Exam4Inspections from the appropriate app store.
3. After reinstalling and opening the app, you will need to navigate to the right log-in screen by selecting the HUD logo button.
   1. If you see a dark green log-in button, then you are in the right log-in screen. Otherwise, select the back arrow and select the HUD logo.
4. Enter your email as your username and enter your user created password.
5. Allow access to the Exam4PHA app by selecting "Allow".
6. The homepage for the Exam4PHA app will display "My Inspection List".
