Manage your mental health
NHS Every Mind Matters quiz
Every Mind Matters is here to help you manage and maintain your mental health.
Take the quiz to get your free plan - designed to help you deal with stress and anxiety, boost your mood and improve your sleep.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a technique you can learn to help you become more self-aware, feel calmer and less stressed and cope with difficult or unhelpful thoughts.
It has roots in Buddhism and meditation, but you don't have to be spiritual, or have any particular beliefs, to try it.
For more information, visit the Mind website.
