UPDATE: US Trustee Notice re 341 Meetings

NOTICE

All chapter 7, 12, and 13 meetings scheduled on or after April 3, 2020, will be conducted telephonically on the date and time in the original creditor meeting notice.

A Notice of 11 U.S.C. § 341(a) Meeting to be Held by Telephone will be served on all debtors, creditors and parties in interest. The notice will include the call-in number and the passcode for the meetings. Debtor attorneys will be responsible for verifying both the debtors' photo ID and the debtors' social security number on the record.
