Get Involved
Stay at home and save lives
Staying at home saves lives. We all must do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19. View the infographic above for Stay at Home Dos and Don'ts, and see these Stay at Home FAQs for more information.
Donate, volunteer, support
Residents and organizations have come together to strengthen the City's response to COVID-19. There are many ways you can help.
Donate. Do you have personal protective equipment (PPE) to donate, such as N95 masks or gloves? Complete the PPE donation form.
Volunteer. Browse the City's COVID-19 Response page for volunteer opportunities. Organizations looking for volunteers can post their needs, too.
Support. COVID-19 impacts everyone, but not everyone is impacted equally. Keep calm and carry out during the Stay at Home Order to support our local restaurants.
Save our pipes, don't flush your wipes
Last year, Evanston student Sophia Lindsey created a flyer for new parents at Evanston hospitals reminding them to not flush their baby wipes. With increased use of disinfectant wipes in response to COVID-19, Sophia's flyer has been updated. Please follow Sophia's great advice and don't flush disinfectant wipes. Protect your pipes and the sewer system by disposing of wipes in the trash instead.
