CSMS #42672419 - The APHIS Core Implementation Guide has been Updated

The APHIS Core Implementation Guide has been updated to remove references to General Rule No 3 and the logical diagram for using single HTS codes and single entry lines for bouquets. CBP has advised that the attached tariff classification ruling, 957198, prohibits using single HTS codes and single entry lines for bouquets. Additional updates were made, and can be found in the guide's table of changes.
