A message from Amanda Jupp, Cabinet Member for Adults and Health at West Sussex County Council:
Welcome to the final edition of the Age Well newsletter.
Thank you for joining us over the past few months and we hope you found the services, advice and guidance helpful and the case studies inspiring.
Due to the current focus on supporting people and our communities through the COVID-19 outbreak, we haven’t been able to finish the campaign in quite the way we had planned. However, I wanted to personally thank you all for taking part in the campaign and leave you with our last newsletter that has lots of useful contacts and resources if you need them.

Stay in touch!
Future updates
While our regular Age Well emails to you now draw to a close, hopefully you are all receiving the West Sussex County Council resident weekly email updates.
These currently focus on coronavirus updates, but will also include general updates and key information. If you don’t think you are getting these please do make sure you sign up, as they are packed with useful information.

Your views
We would like to know what your experience has been like recently living with the coronavirus pandemic.
We are gathering this information through a resident survey and would like to hear from as many people as possible. If you haven’t already taken part, please take 10-15 minutes out of your day to complete this important survey by Sunday 31 May 2020.
Please also encourage your friends, neighbours and family to help us by taking part.

Useful services and contacts to support you
For this edition we wanted to leave you with some useful links that you can save and refer back to.
We hope they help you find support, information and inspiration at this exceptional time.
You can find all of our previous newsletters on our website, please do share them with your friends and family.
|
Finally, from those behind the campaign, we hope that you have found the newsletters, resources and case studies useful, and that they helped you become a little more active, more connected to your communities and more aware of the support available to help you stay happy and healthy.
With very best wishes,
Kate, Daniel, Michelle, Demi and Libby
