There is a delay in processing FDA entries this afternoon. The underlying issue has been resolved, and the delay should resolve itself within a few hours.

Do not resubmit FDA entries, stand alone prior notice ((PE transactions), or submit PGA corrections CA) in an attempt to accelerate your cargo release and FDA status.
