CSMS #44848430 - An updated FDA Supplemental Guide v. 2.5.2, dated November 9, 2020, is Posted

On Monday, November 9, 2020, CSMS #44743727 was issued to advise trade that the Section 804 Drug Importation program is limited to authorized ports. A note has been added in several places in FDA’s Supplemental Guide to indicate this requirement for programming purposes. A note has also been added to indicate that Affirmation of Compliance PLR is not permitted under agency processing code 804.
