CSMS #44917890 - FDA Duns and Bradstreet Portal Status

The FDA DUNS Portal provides the FDA import community the ability to look-up, initiate an inquiry, and/or validate DUNS number data for submission in the import process at no cost.

Currently, the Inquiry/Personal Investigation functionality, the ability to update a facility record and the ability to request a new DUNS number, are unavailable via the FDA DUNS Portal. However, this functionality is available directly via Dun & Bradstreet.Contact DUNSLookupSupport@dnb.com for questions/additional information related to the Dun and Bradstreet website.

The FDA DUNS Portal continues to allow:

· Facility lookup: the ability to look-up a facility in the DUN & Bradstreet (D&B) database and obtain the associated DUNS number

· Facility validation: the ability to validate a DUNS number and the associated business name and address in the D&B database.

Programmatic information related to DUNS numbers and portal functionality will be provided as it becomes available.
