Important Public and School Board Meetings the week of 12/7/20

I wanted to make you aware of several important topics being addressed next week by the School Board. Please note how you can participate in or watch these meetings.

  • 12/7 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. TJHSST Admissions Work Session
  • 12/7 6:30 p.m. Public Boundary Study Meeting (virtual)
    • The community feedback from the boundary scope meetings will be used to develop options which will be shared at the December 7, 2020 community meeting on the boundary study. Read Letter on Boundary Study Meeting
    • Click here to join the virtual meeting or watch the meeting on Ch. 99 (Verizon Ch. 11) or via Channel 99 Live Stream.
    • Additional feedback will be collected at the boundary study meeting and used to provide a recommendation to the School Board. The School Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed boundary adjustment prior to voting at a School Board meeting.

      • The 12/7th presentation will be posted prior to the meeting.
  • 12/8 4 p.m. Program Budget Review
  • 12/10 6 p.m. Return to School Update
  • 12/11 6 p.m. Restraint and Seclusion Policy Public Hearing
    • All speakers are allowed three (3) minutes. Individuals may sign up in advance to speak at public hearings.
    • To reserve a space on the speakers list you can sign up online or call the School Board Office at 571-423-1075 during normal business hours [8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.]
      • The online sign up will be active soon.
