Due to potential delays in USPS mail delivery, attorneys and payers may not receive hearing notices and decisions in a timely fashion. We want to make sure you are aware of the option to view and download a compressed zip file containing Adobe PDFs of almost all workers’ compensation claim correspondence from the Board online.

Information regarding this feature is available on the Board’s website including how to register and a list of frequently asked questions about the process.
