The New!

Check out the updated Library of Resources the Maine Department of Labor has created! Great information is available for both Employers and Jobseekers.

The numbers are in… 145 Veterans were hired during the 2020 Maine Hire-A-Vet Campaign.  Amist the pandemic, 226 employers stepped up to participate in this yearly event. The MHAV2021 Event is schedule to kick into high gear late August.

Maine’s Community Colleges are offering more than 25 free online training programs that are tied to skills and jobs currently in demand in Maine at no cost to participants.

 Maine Adult Education has MANY FREE and paid courses that can help you get into something new.  Click to “Search Adult Education Classes”. If you don’t know what class you want to look for, you can search their entire list of classes. Hint, jump to page 136 to get current class offerings.
