Did you know that it is possible to accept temporary part-time work without losing all of your unemployment benefits? As long as you continue to meet your responsibilities for receiving benefits, you may be able to earn wages from part-time work and still collect a partial benefit.

There is a new tool on UI website that can help calculate how many hours a week you could work and still collect partial benefits based on your weekly earnings. The calculator can be found on the webpage, under “Looking for work?”

Here is a video explaining how the partial benefit calculation works.

Veteran & Women restaurant business owners are eligible for the $28.6 Billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund (priority applications for the first 21 days). Register for an account in advance at restaurants.sba.gov, startied April 30th.

The TechHire grant is ending. This is the last chance for eligible candidates to enter TechHire funded programming. The final TechHire funded CompTIA A+ and IC3 cohort groups begins in May.  These classes are virtual and are open to eligible candidates across the state.
