Apprenticeships benefit apprentices and employers alike. Apprentices learn on the job, obtain credentials, contribute to meaningful work, and earn a salary. Employers have loyal and productive workers, higher retention rates, and the opportunity to train apprentices according to their own standards and procedures. Over 55? Get help here!

May is:

National Mental Health Awareness Month

Employment First is "The Way Life Should Be" for all people with disabilities who dream of having a successful career in their community. Requesting an accommodation for a medical-related condition is most often an easy process.  However, deciding when or how to ask an employer can be stressful.

National Military Appreciation Month

Not only do we pause on Memorial Day to remember the sacrifice & service of those who gave all, but May also holds several other military anniversaries & events, including Military Spouse Appreciation Day & Armed Forces day.
