Did You Know!

Due to COVID-19, many Maine residents find themselves out of work, with reduced hours, and/or working remotely. As a result, large numbers of people—including those with disabilities—must make employment-related decisions based on new financial situations. Check out this new Financial Toolkit!

Studies have shown that 92% of companies are using social media for hiring and that three out of four hiring managers will search for a candidate’s social profiles.

Many Maine people are returning to gyms or joining fitness centers.  With so many options available it can be confusing to determine what gym is right for you.  Whatever your fitness journey is, be sure to consult your physician prior to starting a new diet or engaging in strenuous physical activities.
