- The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) invites all District Test Coordinators (DTCs) and Building Coordinators (BCs) for all assessments to attend the annual DTC & BC Trainings, to be delivered via Zoom.
- Update / Refresher sessions for returning DTCs and BCs:
- 8:30-11:30 a.m. on August 17, 2021.

12:30-3:30 p.m. on August 20, 2021.
- The New DTCs and BCs Training will contain more detailed information geared to those who are new to the state or to the DTC or BC roles.
- Information will cover the new portal, test security updates, test administration updates, etc.

July 28-August 2, 2021
In preparation for the 2021-22 administration rollover, the Centralized Reporting System will be down from July 28, 2021 to August 2, 2021.
- Centralized Reporting will not be accessible during this time.
- The WDE recommends schools download all preliminary Individual Student Reports (ISRs) and other data files prior to the scheduled downtime.
Nightly Uploads Begin August 10, 2021
- Before the nightly file uploads begin, be sure the student information in the school’s SIS is updated and accurate.
- One frequent error, which causes student record rejection, occurs when the student’s U.S. Entry Date is post-dated in the SIS. If the student record is uploaded to TIDE while anticipating school entry, the U.S. Entry Date field should be left blank until the actual date to avoid errors. TIDE does not accept uploads which contain future/projected entry dates.

ACCESS for ELLs: The final data file is posted in AMS.

WY-TOPP/WY-ALT CR System: All data currently available through the Centralized Reporting System are preliminary data. While they are useful for helping schools make determinations, preliminary data are not official and not ready for public dissemination.

School Confidential Review: July 26-August 6.
- All results are embargoed until the aggregated statewide results are released publicly, on August 24. District or school staff should review their assessment results for accuracy. Examples of things that can be fixed include WISER ID errors and tested students who are missing from the file.
- It is important that data are accurate because they will be used to calculate school, district, and statewide aggregate assessment proficiency percentages, as well as state and federal accountability results.
- Demographics or program fields, such as Free/Reduced Lunch status, cannot be changed. These data were reviewed and approved after the spring WDE684.

WY-ALT Paper ISRs will be shipped to schools on September 1 and should arrive on campus between September 6-7.

WY-TOPP Paper ISRs will be shipped to schools on September 16 and should arrive on campus between September 21-22.

Attention: DTCs and Service Providers for Visually Impaired Students
- The WDE is requesting all districts respond to the Braille Survey.
- If there are no Braille readers in your district this year, please mark that on the survey.
- If there is more than one, please complete the survey for each student who is a Braille reader in your district.
- The survey details the type(s) of delivery Braille readers use in order to access the statewide assessment system.
