S.D. Miss. Bankr.: Updated COVID Protocol for Entering Federal Courthouses in Southern District of Mississippi

SPECIAL ORDER # 15 

Effective immediately, Special Order # 14 is vacated, and all provisions of Special Order # 13 are in effect until further order of the court.

All individuals entering courthouses in this district, including members of the public, litigants, attorneys, and court personnel, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a face mask, face shield or other face covering while in public areas of each building.

Each presiding judge retains the authority to dispense with these requirements in his or her chambers, courtroom, and adjoining areas as circumstances may warrant.
