CSMS #49532451 - ACE FDA data not being sent to FDA

CBP ACE technicians are currently investing an issue in which for ACE entries with FDA data, the FDA data is not being sent to FDA. This issue started this morning, September 22.

We ask filers NOT to re-send the entries (AE certified for cargo release, SE for ACE Cargo Release) or send entry updates (SE-U), or PGA correction (CA) transactions in an attempt to get the entry 'pushed along.'

An updated CSMS will be posted when there is a change in status for this issue.
